Where I see some disconnect is so many on BP that are so focused on buying RE doors that they basically live well below there means and have all this focus on rentals etc and they miss out on a lot of things there is to do in life..

Still, considering how difficult it is to find a good real estate focused accountant, limiting your search to local providers usually gives you too few options.Expand your search to include remote CPAs.
