I usally cut them right off.. and won't let them put me on their list.. those that sound polished I have a feeling might be able to actually transact.. times is too valuable to waste it with someone who is not ready to do business.. ..

If you really wanted to add that extra polish, you can pay a translator to add descriptions in your target audience's native language.

I'm on the final stretch of Trump University's "Real Estate 101" and I've got about a dozen or so more books that have been showing up from Amazon (Had a gift card I wanted to use up) over the last few days, several which have been recommended on this site :-)I'm also polishing up my resume and I'm looking into maybe trying to get in with a property management company to see the rental/lease side of REI from a different perspective and to learn more about it (while getting away from the job I really don't like very much at the same time!)

Not expensive, but leather shoes should have polish if that's the style, suade or unshined leather by design need to be free of scuffs, stay away from that worn look of old broken down shoes, IMO.

So your trying to buy 100k properties I am buying a 100k car.. and the salesmen is selling me a 100k car. and I assume he is making a commission.. but not the normal care sales routine but very professional and polished.. so that's what I am saying get professional and get poslished know what the heck your doing then send out your mailers and close the heck out of them and make a bunch of money.

I think I'd like to look into when the carpet needs replacing to remove all the carpet and pad and tack strips and stain and polish the concrete floor, now that would be pretty indistructable.I've seen stained, polished concrete floors in high end units, one was $1M+ and they looked great.
