Once I’ve confirmed who they (allegedly) are (of the latest wave,) I often call back multiple times, and when I get a live answer, I play music - only then do they get the point.

I think there may be some players in the space advertising 80% LTV on cash-outs but would proceed with caution if you find someone offering it.
