That will be the best spot to meet an investor friendly agent in person or at least meet other investors in your markets that can help connect you to the right agents.

I do not know how they are handling new customers verse the Midland existing customers.Regarding the customer service it seems the people I dealt with are still employed and only my "personal rep" as it were, was promoted and another took her place.

If a property goes into foreclosure on a second, as Ken said you will either be buying it subject to the first mortgage - meaning it's your mortgage now - or the first has to be satisfied to take possession of the property - or the owner of the first is going to be there bidding what they are owed, so you would need to outbid them to get the property and then you are the person paying off the first mortgage. 

Personally (as a STR-focused REALTOR), I would never give you numbers and tell you you can hit them. 

Without any form of credible references this person may care less about you and are only interested in the sale, which would be your problem after.

Left me feeling like a basically have a retail/fulfillment person on my team so I'm a big fan and would recommend giving them a shot, especially if you're in a similar position as I was: Needing to furnish an STR quickly and cost-efficiently. 

If it was me personally, I would not.

No off-street parking = not worth doing MTR unless it meets all of the following: super urban area where no parking is the norm, highly desirable area with a ton of MTR demand, super safe part of the city, and has great public transportation (think NYC, Hoboken NJ, etc.)Unless it meets all of the criteria above, I pass on those opportunities because my MTR will be eliminating the many people that travel with their vehicles.

If a person wants a different outcome, they usually do something different.

If that person were to get hurt somehow and then expect you to pay the medical bills or become disgruntled in some way it is just a phone call to DOR, OSHA or L&I.
