I just looked at my calendar from this past summer, and there were zero check ins or check outs on Saturdays. 

I have bought and sold several properties across Chicago and Barrington area over the past seven years, and was a real estate agent for 2 years in my early twenties.

I am a realtor and believe my income will not be as high as it has been for the past few years moving forward. 

With the scope of this job, we need to branch out some from contractors we've used in the past. 

I have 2 sets of tenants that I have had considerable problems with collecting the rent over the past year.

I have run into individuals like this in the past myself, and although it is painful for those who they press their ways upon it's best just to get out of that situation as quickly as possible.Good Luck!
