I have been studying whole sale real estate for about a year now.

. - The as is appraisal was for 275K,yet you are now expecting that it would be a reach to sell for 220K.

.- Risk Rating 2.0: That same house may now pay $1,200 if it's closer to the water and more vulnerable or $800 if it's higher up and better protected.Flood zones still matter under Risk Rating 2.0, but their role has changed. 

Our land isn't in the middle of nowhere there are multiple residences surrounding and new construction projects happening right now.

We need to bring it back, but are, for now, prioritizing our mobile app and a new listings product to help investors find cash flowing deals.

I don’t have a ton of experience, 4 units right now and actively looking for more however I would be willing to try and host something if we can get some traction to get some networking going.

Yes, it's under rehab right now so difficult to say.
