Living back in with family for moral support could help them during this difficult time :-)If your units are in an area where tenants might be likely to stay for 3 or 4 years, could you just increase the level of options, such as allowing pets, to keep tenants longer?

It def sounds morally and ethically wrong!

I'm not on morality patrol, but I am concerned how the extra person's presence affects the other tenants and neighbors.

The moral is, kick them out and get better tenants and enforce the rules upfront each and every time.

You're under no legal or moral obligation to trim this tree. 

With multiple authority/parental figures around kids will hopefully learn better values, work-ethics, morals, and so forth.I mean, no one ever busted John-Boy, did they?....

Please elaborate because you have all this work and moral ethic that I lack.

I have no moral objection to wholesaling, but do you really think this wholesaler is going to pay the many thousands of dollars and many months or years it will take to get in front of a judge to try to explain that he was selling you something he didn't own, and you owe him money for it.
