Three out of the four units are section 8 CHA tenants, so the rent is on time each month, but we have to do an inspection every two years.What is the condition of the property you are looking at?

A partner and I began searching, and after coming up empty for 6 months, we were sent this deal by a close friend and ended up closing a month later.

Unfortunately, even though it's only been used for 2 months, the warranty has already expired (90 days for commercial appliances).

If you have no money for down payment do you have teh $2000+ per month to pay the first (then still have to pay the 2nd?)

By the time I reach 20% equity (likely 3+ years away), my monthly mortgage payment will come down when I refinance, but $600 is a big hit to the numbers. 

You’ll get a statement around the 7th-10th of the month and a deposit the next day or two.

I just signed a new client and after about 1 month of their listing being available, AirBNB delisted it/flagged for being a duplicate of a listing that previously had "quality issues".
