I was addicted and thought I was invincible.I ended up with 59 single-family properties and found myself miserable.  

Most will fail miserably within th efirst 5 years due to a lack of business skills.

Many,maybe most will fail miserably.

I currently have two SDIRAs and dealing with the custodian's process is miserable.  

Or walk away from themThey may start taking advantage of you once they move in and have more demands - making you even more miserable. 

If you're miserable while you're working towards your goals, what's the point of life?  

We want to send an email laying down the law with them but we are also afraid to make them too mad in case they start to trash our property or find some other way to make our lives miserable.  

The attorney asks for 30 days forbearance, which I agree to as I'm not in the habit of making life miserable for people who are truly down and out.45+ days have now passed and a call to the attorney has gone unanswered.I wonder whether I'm being played...stand by for the next update.

However, I've spoken to several investors who have 5-10 properties in town and when they have a couple of vacancies... they are miserable.

Unfortunately, that too failed miserably!
