If you get a pro membership you can listen to past webinars at any time.

When I get to San Antonio, I'm going to dive in much deeper and definitely take advantage of everything the pro membership has to offer.

That may be the hook that got me to upgrade to a pro membership (haha) but it was stated that spreadsheets could be sloppy and you could make mistakes in them and lose a lot of money.

The landlord forms are not in the FilePlace, because they are a perk of the Pro membership when billed annually.

If that LLC is single member/single asset then transferring the membership of the LLC is considered to be the same bundle of rights as selling the property itself and you can indeed to a 1031 although you are not exactly selling the real estate.

@Georgie Coote you have a PRO membership, so my suggestion is get the properties stabilized and rented, then list them for sale in the BiggerPockets Marketplace. 

All of the local banks I have talked to need other personal guarantors if I don’t own 81% of the membership interest in the LLC which owns the property.
