Has anyone found a more cost-effective alternative that can match CoStar?

The amount of capital you have to raise to leverage yourself would be better off spent in the S&P 500 or employer matching 401k.

Since our 2022 taxes were due in October 2023 (CA extended due date), we knew that we wouldn’t find another CPA to do our taxes in time, so we allowed Brad Doran and Alan Kirkham to match us with another ‘WealthAbility CPA’ to complete our tax prep and filing, while they worked on coordinating a refund for us… a refund that was promised to us repeatedly, but still has yet to come to fruition.

What you want to focus on here is something that could match or lower your current living expenses.

Also VERY good point on being able to frame in a dishwasher panel if I do put in new cabinets.As for the countertop, I plan on installing a lighter color to match the backsplash (maybe a peach color) so it might be best to go with the quartz afterall.

Just doesn’t match up with my goals/strategy/access to funds.
