Actually, have to get a new phone since my 2 year daughter decided to flight test my current phone.

When the equity markets get rattled and investors fear a lack of good alternatives, you see a flight to quality (safety) into things like gold and U.S.

Any advice from other REIs in the Tempe area would be greatly appreciated- we drove around a lot but couldn't get a great feel for where exactly was the most desirable area to invest.My 2 friends and I took a flight out to Tempe a few weekends ago and looked at several dozen properties with an agent.

Oh and by the way, my nearest property is a 3 hour flight away.

Hey guys new to the site so excuse me if i'm out of line in anyway.I am going to be moving a 1.5 hour flight from home to complete an engineering degree in a city that revolves around this university.

I lost my father to drinking and my brother passed away in 2013.As I write this (thanks to the blessings of my Creator) I am on a flight back from Ft Lauderdale with my mom, going to close on 2 rentals this Friday, met face to face with wonderful people through BP and I am securing financing for a 4 unit and a duplex.

For me, it helps to have an escape hatch (a cabin in rural Vermont) - and the ability to hop on a non-stop flight to just about anywhere.  

But when I book my flight on the upcoming trip your at the top of my list of people to formally meet.
