Justin Manley, my guess is Kentucky is not nearly as liberal as Maryland.

Just don't be fooled into thinking it will always offer total protection.If you are in a liberal state like Maryland, you are at more risk than if you are in a more conservative state.

Now that the liberals have a super majority in both the state house and senate they can pass new taxes without the voters approval and the governor can't veto (not that he would).
