If you didn't use containment in the area where the work was being done (plastic sheets to isolate and contain dust/debris) then you may in fact have an issue that does need to be addressed.* Testing is the only way you're going to know for sure that the work was done sufficiently.* Testing is also the only way a buyer is going to be satisfied that they are getting a home without mold issues.Texas (where I live) regulates air sampling and remediation companies.

The one time it worked in that other thread was when I did it as the last thing and hit the "Post Reply" button before the highlight went away.In addition to that when I do the mention it keeps moving me to the next line when I start typing (Not hitting return to isolate the names or anything) so that is weird as well.

We are already over $5000 in repairs to plumber & drywall contractors (and $200 to an electrician to flip a breaker on a Saturday because she was afraid the whole house would burn down due to the water-logged foyer light...and so turned off the Master breaker instead of just isolating the light) and now she's saying she doesn't want carpet reinstalled in the basement because it might get wet & moldy and "affect her boys & dogs".

If I ever got to the point where I had that many properties, I could do something like this:* 10 Multi-Member LLCs (taxable)* Each Multi-Member LLC wholly owns 10 Single Member LLCs (rollup taxation)* Each of the 100 Single Member LLCs hold title to one propertyAgain, this is just a hypothetical solution (overkill) and I dont know if it would work or not, but it accomplishes the goal of isolating liability without going overboard on the tax compliance.
