Absentee Owner Criteria
What's a good criteria for last sell date? I've heard 10 yrs back or more but don't we want to market to a brand new landlord whose quickly realized they are not cut out for the tenant/toilet thing? And if we're going back 10 yrs hoping to isolate some equity, well there is an equity criteria selector.
So back to original question, whats best criteria for last sell date?
