( i am going to keep it as a AirBnb)Is there a way transfer me onto the deed and then refinance the house out of the VA Loan and into my name?

How does the title transfer back to the seller in that scenario?

First question- Is the transfer tax based on the appraised value?

If municipal liens were due, I'm surprised they didn't make you pay them up front when you paid for the property.The biggest challenge with tax sale properties is getting a clear title that can be transferred via a warranty deed.

But I cant depend on this PM hence looking for anyone who has few under their belt and understands how international student market in this neighborhood works.
