I'm about to do this and the quote I've received are about the same in terms of interest rate. 

@Eric Gerakos this may be a silly question, but how do you deny partial payment... the tenant has been paying by Venmo/Cashapp (which may be a problem in itself) or are you just saying in terms of setting expectations with the tenant.

If I find a seller I will be very shrewd and let them know what I am doing, in terms of money I am going to make of the contract.

In terms of opening a bank account, most of them will ask for a local address but a lot of the online banks may not verify it. 

I am a Philly investor so anything in reading is probably a step up for me in terms of potential tenants.

Spain as a country has a lot of things to offer, also in terms of the various provinces.

Brand new roof and each unit is good in terms of renovations. water heater from 2017. only concern is HVAC system is 14yr old, that’s the only potential cost that i see that could occur within the next 3-7yr.

Nothing against Bricktown, but it is more apartment buildings/condos in terms of the housing.
