The answer to that question and how much will help immensely in you finding a direction and strategy.If you have zero to little funds then I suggest you go work for a big flipper locally.Put in the time and work your way up.Get to saving most of your pay check.Then eventually talk the flipper into loaning you money on your first deal or being a partner where you get so much equity.Eventually you will put in enough time to handle on your own.Working for someone and getting paid to learn the ropes and the free education will be priceless for you.Make sure they strategies they are using are in the up and up.You don't want to learn and model yourself after someone using dirty business practices.That business model won't sustain itself long term.

I understand that you cannot discriminate based on race, color, religion, nationality, age, gender, familial status, disability, veteran status, and genetic information.As I understand this, I cannot discriminate against Caucasians any more than I can discriminate against African Americans.
