This sounds tricky - I recommend talking to a ledner (many are on the forums here, hopefully one will answer).It is vital that you be careful to avoid mortgage fraud.

Most of my buildings are identical to this, but make apx $160/m/door profit, so I'm having difficulty seeing how you are getting ~2x the profit from effectively the same buildings.

That being said, booking.com had a high occurrence of fraud so we no longer use them.

There's also been a lot of fraud in this space so travelers are wary and people can tell if a property has been virtually staged.

Walking the line of fraud isn't a good plan and with the seller as trustee if they file BK, divorce, have a judgement it sticks on the property.

In the world of investing, Risk and Return are linked - the higher the risk, the higher the required return.So, there is NO WAY around paying a higher rate (assuming the same loan type) on a rental property - unless you want to commit fraud.

There's one across the street at list for $383 virtually identical SF to you and it at least has the view of the little pond there.
