I stumbled across BiggerPockets by searching iTunes for real estate related podcasts.

Both podcasts are on itunes.

If you have a smart phone, and a vehicle with an "audio-in" port, you can subscribe to the BP podcast on iTunes or stitcher (sp?)

It also has a wealth of knowledge thru the forums, blogs and archives.

Also it is not letting me Archive my old messages.

I would take advantage of the past forum postings by using the search function first before posting topics..there is a great archive of info out there.. but then if you don't find information ,you should feel free to create a new topic.
