Hello everyone! I am located in Sequim, Washington, but I'm originally from Michigan. In between the move from Michigan to Washington I spent about a year living in Texas. I fell in love with Texas, specifically the San Antonio and Hill Country area, and am working on moving back down there.

I stumbled across BiggerPockets by searching iTunes for real estate related podcasts. I had no idea of the gold mine of information this website would present. I thank everyone who contributes and now spend my days diving in and learning as much as I can.

I currently hold a real estate license in Michigan and I owned a duplex in Hamtramck, MI for a few years. I am looking at eventually purchasing some multi-family rental properties in the San Antonio area to create some passive income.

I look forward to the continued learning and networking opportunities BiggerPockets provides. I downloaded all the podcasts and have been working through them and have already learned so much.

Thank you again for the wealth of information!
