Quality over quantity is important.

This is due to the quantity of turnkey flips here, most likely, though we do have a booming retail flip market going as well. 

In a larger industrial application there is room for large quantities of panels and they work fine.

That said you might look into getting a commerical acct with the likes of HD, if you purchase in large enough quantities they'll discount their retail prices decently.

The quality is in the quantity, meaning the more mailers you send out the more qualified leads you will get. 

It's more than their monthly management fee plus leasing fee; maintenance coordination and late notices are common under-communicated fees.Sadly property management is a quantity business, don't expect your PM to respond quickly and don't expect them to put much time into preventative maintenance or vetting maintenance issues.
