A bad "financial advisor" can do more harm than good.

I don’t see any harm there.

I think the landlord is being more than fair here, by rehoming them in another unit so proper repairs can be made when them out of harm's way.  

You found a freaking gold mine if there's any substance behind it.

Who do you think is going to get sued if you let a murderer or child molester rent from you and they harm a neighbor?

I don't mean this is a harmful way, I mean this in a financial advise way.  

I am in the process of pursuing legal action against this contractor and plan to ban together with as many of the other subcontractors and investors who he has harmed in this way as well. 

Then they wanted to harm the owner who had an issue with it.

Always assume to initially receive negative or pessimistic reactions and opinions with little to no substance.

I refer to this as a "cash like substance".
