Good Afternoon BP Members,This weekend I watched this special on TV discussing information on global real estate.

I found (again) this site while browsing and looking for articles to share in my Philippine Real Estate websites.I'm interested more on Global real estate trends and practices that I can share to my website readers who are mostly licensed real estate practitioners like myself.

The global economy is leading a lot of these changes in expanding the trade deficit but as we see with China slowing down growth and raising wages is the natural path for a transition from a developing to developed economy.
