(I'm non confrontational)The plot has a native American burial site, which we spoke to a tribe member and gladly let them onsite for rituals and practice. 

These are properties publicly listed with photos, etc.

I have 8 properties that I have rented through section 8 now and didn't need any additional resources than the one freely available to he public from the housing authorities.

There are some accountants out there who say that the very act of doing a 1031 exchange is an attempt to avoid tax and so a 1031 purchase from a related party is a non-starter. 

@joel, FHA will finance non owner occ??
