Just passed a new millage to build a new facility, Governor Asa Hutchinson and his wife have both actually visited the school on more than one occasion and recognized the school for its growth, and graduation percentage over the past few years.

With so many baby boomers retiring and the "governor" on mortgage lending, I predict a good appreciation pace for 7 to 10 yrs.Then, when you see advertising for...100%, 80/20 Hybrid pay option arms with a 650 score and no job....jump off the train and sell all properties, cash out of mutual funds and go rent a freakin palace for 5 yrs, because we'll be headed over a cliff again!

Governor Newsom will likely sign it.

If you are a Nevada property owner and you fell like I do, I'd ask the you take a few minutes and write to Governor Sisolak and Attorney General Ford. 

I know of many landlords that have gotten fined and/or had tenants evicted because of this.The former Attorney General and current Governor of our state, Henry McMaster, actually owns quite a few rentals in my market.

(We finally have a governor that is pro business.)The drawback to this area is flipping.

I can say that the governor and attorney general who supported the legislation are still with us.

I just wrote a letter to our governor outlining how this hurts sellers, how they are skirting laws, etc.
