WhileI don't know this, I would think the few brokers on BP wouldn't skin you alive working with them, guys like Marc Faulkner, Loc R., Will Barnard, Dion DePaoli or others, so I'd suggest you guys interested in getting involved pick the brains of those mentioned, you can alway ask me as well, but remember, I'm retired and not doing partnership deals, LOL.

If my ultimate buyer's goal is to own a salon with units (arghh) then thel opportunity could be to buy at big discount, stop the contractor bleeding, re-sell the property subject to the existing first and wrap it with a second after getting either a big down payment or other major skin-in-the-game consideration from the ultimate buyer.
