Good franchises vet you to ensure a likelihood of success.

You might want to go with a franchise mold remediation company, yes they are expensive, but they could identify better than your household contractor.

Other things to look for with any brokerage is E&O insurance, involvement in real estate community/legislation, promotion scale, mentoring opportunities, mandatory meetings/floor time, 'hidden fees' (desk fees, copier fees, transaction fees, franchise fees) and marketing/lead generation tactics.

I would first call around the commercial brokers in the area to see who works with franchises such as burger joints, etc and tell them what you have and get them to come out and give you their "professional" option on the parcel.

Currently working for a Homevestors franchise owner that has wholesale deals to assign. 

The firm I am affiliated with does not allow it and I know the Coldwell Banker franchise doesn't either.Perhaps Realty One (formerly First National) does.
