Hello BP investors,Just joined to the community, looking to learn about real estate in the US and Mexico.However Im having a hard time to find information about investing in Mexico,For my first investment I'm trying to do the numbers to find a good property with good cash flow Do you recomend any property management company in Mexico?

I went to Austria, Mexico, Uganda twice for medical missions, took a selfie with a giraffe in Kenya, swam with dolphins in the India ocean off the coast of Zanzibar, was touched by a silver back gorilla in Uganda, went on a safari, went to Haiti for a mission trip, and went to Bali to see on of my best friends get married.

Who here has experience brining in Mexico funds into your investments? 

I had one sub that had to deal with family issues back in mexico and went ice cold for 6 weeks.

The following is just my opinion, just giving you my personal outlook.For example, I last visited Playa Del Carmen in Mexico with the family approx 2 1/2 years ago and we had an amazing time.

About 30 percent of my friends are in school for something they arent even interested in , just doing it for the partying and to make there parents proud.About 20 percent of my friends are in school for teaching, business, professional courses.About 50 percent of my friends are working 9-5 at tire shops, resturants, retail stores making minimum wage asking me what I'm doing this year and I say "traveling to europe, going to mexico, going to visit my home town, etc" and I ask them and they say," just working and taking care of the kids, we have no money"

I am part owner in a company that builds homes at wholesale prices to investors in Utah, New Mexico and North Carolina (coming) with little to nothing down.
