I'm not talking about cosmetic fixes, I'm talking adding bedrooms within an existing floor plan, creating a second unit (like an ADU), etc.

It takes longer to get up and down on floor than it does to tighten bolts same goes for seat.

That can be an issue with shared spaces.

The other quesiton i have is if private equity is starting to get involved in this market, companies like Apollo & Carlyle, does that change your feelings about getting involved in the space?

Personally, I've been in the mobile home investing space since 2007.

I'm looking to get involved in this space, too. 

And there is a laundry list of existing professionals in this space to replicate from. 

I spend a total of 5 days a month performing maintenance related duties(replace flooring, windows, plumbing issues, ect.).

We do lower rates, and I'm curios if others have run into a "floor price" below which you just get problem guests.
