I am highly irritated that I paid this company $99 a month to not communicate with me and lead me as they are the professionals.It was 7 days PAST the lease expiration date per the signed lease for the tenants and I had no clue if my tenants had renewed or planned to move.

Low class outfit ... one of my borrower/ clients went into escrow with them last week and  put up the non refundable money getting ready to close and well  the title needs to be probated.. so these guys dont run title until they have your deposit.. will see if and how easy they give my client back his money since it did not close on the closing date and no extension was given or signed..

If you do plan to refi at or around the 3 year mark when the PPP expires I would also ask your lender about a temporary rate buy down instead of / or in conjunction with a permanent buy down.

Just take what they have taught you to date and put your own team together dont rely on these companies that say they will plug you into their network.. it does not work that way. there is only so many contractors and so many props and jobs to get done. you need full control of your OWN team.
