Even if they do have 20 years experience...how do you really know?

Most agents paying for leads are inexperienced, which is why they need to pay for leads.Look for an agent with a minimum of 15 years of active experience.

So yeah, Ive got some experience in this realm. 

While daunting, your experiences engineering firm and attorney will be able to guide you through the project.  

There may be other issues at play here that have little to do with a lack of experience at real estate tech platforms. 

This sounds like an incredible learning experience!

Same experiences as above....great product with very helpful customer service and they always seem to be adding new features.

Ask them if they'd mind sharing their experience with you.. if they'd recommend the area or not, and lastly if they could maybe send you a P/L sheet to see their income, expenses etc.You might run into some hosts that aren't responsive or any help, but it just takes a few people to share insight to get a good idea of the market you're dealing with.
