Need some insight on working with 100% disabled vets

hello all, I'm a veteran, and I just landed a client that is 100% disabled, in my efforts to exercise due diligence in regards to his best Interest,(he's a buyer) I need to know what all I should look for, in regards to giving him the best representation, I know that his funding fee will be refunded(if he's charged one) and that he should have zero tax liability, but is there anything I'm missing?

For fun, put in a time range in your spreadsheet that includes the end of February 2016, and then calculate the bill for that time range by hand and check that against the spreadsheet.If you have found the Fountain of Youth, also repeat that exercise for the end of February 2100.

Most I'm aware of will let you finance 10 properties with them no matter how many other financed properties you have elsewhere.Line up other portfolio lenders that fit your needs so you exercise you plan and make it a successful year.

So, even if it first goes into escrow, it needs to be released to the seller and cleared thru his/her account in order for it to also count as a down payment, if and when the buyer exercises the option.
