I am new in BP, and I am looking to understand where I start with learning about REI.I currently live in New York which it's not a good place to start investing.i know the difference between STR,MTR,LTR....

I am an out of state Investor and I know a lot of you live and invest in St.

I am currently living out of state so I have hired a property management company to handle this task, however, my home is still sitting vacant with very few prospective tenants.

Since then I have located the area where they entered and sealed it off, however I'm having trouble killing the ones currently living in the attic.

We plan to come back live in it the other 6 months, fix it up more, repeat that process until we can find another deal that makes sense for us. 

Where do you live, and where are your units? 

I'm enjoy the challenges of finding creative solutions through the numbers and negotiating what can work for both the buyer and seller. 

I know becoming a part time agent is one way, but where we live in south Florida seems to be overfilled with agents and I don't think its a great fit for us right now. 

I lived in Carlisle for 10 years or so.
