SFR investers always want a deal, and investor buyers tend  not want to pay for the prior investors rennovations.The turnkey guys with a marketing machine get a good price, but regular buyer's will never pay their premium on SFR.

In the appliance industry we are not gonna just come to a home and go through all the diagnostics and take the entire machine apart just to get zero dollars.

Gonna check out your blog as soon as I can get to a machine without all this security to open it.

hi  well im not here for the real state thing but instead im here to ask a question, two years ago i had a central air system installed in my house, i had te actual air machine and the evaporater cabinet replaced but not the ducts.

My friend has an old Coca Cola machine with the original compressor still running from the 50's, so refrigeration systems can have a very long life.

It's a gas powered floor scraping machine.

So what's the upside in spending extra money on a machine that quite often will cause you major headaches?

@Xi GuoI wouldn't go into it UNLESS you have an unfair advantage and a long term plan.It is possible to create a haven for honorable people, however you have to stick around long enough to earn a leadership role.This is not a flip and it's not an ATM machine.

Of course these agreements should first be reviewed by your investor friendly attorney.I am also forming my company, building a marketing machine, and will hit the street shortly. 

My suggestion of substituting it with the washing machine which was not included in the sale was nixed that the seller needs it and "this is just part of short sale downsides."
