I'm Dominic and I'm a fairly inexperienced investor from the city of bridges and rivers.  

I mean I truly hope that women dominate every state as REA and they get more money on average for a house.

I understand there are existing web sites but I would like to dominate the niche and provide a one stop service for both Land Lords and professionals scouting for local rentals.I am looking for partners to help build the site and I’d like to receive feedback on this proposal……

My research has led me to Simply Do It (led by Dani Beit-Or), which looks quite strong, and I'm now looking to speak with anyone who 1) has worked with them as an investor, 2) has worked with another similar company, 3) has general advise on investing in flips.Thanks for reading (and thanks to BP for providing this forum),Dominic

James, while you may think of yourself as making it, how do you compare now with an officer in service with full benefits, I doubt you are doing as well as you may think at your age, but you might be doing better. what you kids don't understand is that 20 years is almost a blink of the eye, retiting at 41, you are still a young man, probably less than half your life if you have good genes.

That being said, these forums ought to be only a beginning of your real estate education as there's no substitute for books, real estate clubs (for inspiration), topic-specific training (later) and experience.If you posess the curse of the 'engineering gene' beware of any tendency to want to over-analyze.
