I have a door magnet on both sides of my truck advertising my houses.

Absolutely J, I have been putting up bandit signs, have car magnets, have flyers in grocery stores, websites, have done post cards and yellow letters, posted classifieds on all the free sites, etc and nothing yet.

Some people buy those car magnets that say "I Buy Houses." 

My concerns are having a property sit vacant for that long is just a magnet for vandals, and also I'm not sure my insurance company would like it vacant that long.What would you guys do in this situation?

FSBO are a magnet for Realtors trying to list the property.

I work with a lot of investors and it seems like the ones who squeak in are problem magnets.
