Unless you're in dire straights I think "subject to" is an awful thing for sellers.Basically your credit rating is held hostage/under the control of another person and that person has lots of risks.

If you set it up so that the buyer makes the payments directly to the bank and he misses a payment your credit is trashed.If you don't know what you are doing, you are placing your "probably biggest" asset in dire risk.Other than that, have a nice day.
