We are looking at purchasing a raw acreage tract and subdividing it into small lots and then selling the lots. 

The fourth was land tract through word of mouth.  

Someone could purchase the 2,400 acres and turn it into 60 40 acre parcels and sell the tracts separately.

Is there a "best" book or comprehensive resource anyone cares to recommend that really covers this stuff in a easily digestible way?

Once I downloaded and digested all that, I went ahead and had them build me a website and give me three months of an American virtual assistant service plus answering service for $600.

Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I am very new but learning and digesting as much information as I can.  

Figuring out how to get started is sort of the first priority, but in the meantime, I'm just focused on reading and digesting as much as possible! 

I really appreciate you taking the time to put all this information down - I'm going to need some time to digest this, as I am a total newb with QB and literally just getting started in entering the info, but it sounds like what I need to do is possible.

@Michael Swan this is just my personal preference, but I find it much easier to digest a long series of words if there is some white space in between them.

I'll need to digest all this info and do more research for  Probates in Florida!
