Right now I am only flipping in Delaware County Pennsylvania but I am looking to get into New Castle County Delaware, Gloucester County New Jersey, Salem County New Jersey, Camden County New Jersey.

Starting to have some discussions with turnkey providers and trying to soak up all I can here on the boards.One thing I'm wondering about is whether it's possible to access a lot of data pertinent to de-risking investment decisions.For example, one of the big question marks it seems is how good and headache-free your property management company is.

It's very easy to BUY a house, but 100% financing can produce high monthly payments an de make it difficult to cash flow.But, you're getting a duplex, so you may be doing just fine.
