Hello BP! I'm so excited to have finally filled out my first draft of my profile and I'm ready to dive into the forums. My history as an investor starts with developing communities (out of foam box inserts) for my Barbies when I was 6 or 7. After many years of reading about real estate and drooling over development projects, I found a network of people that were willing to show me the ropes! For the last 6 months, I've had short runs with different marketing techniques and have not found the right fit yet. (I realize this is a "numbers game" so I just take deep breaths and smile.)
Most recent crazy happening, woman I was working with to avoid foreclosure took too long to fill out the paperwork and her home was auctioned this morning. (I think it was. Not certain how to verify that.) Crazy happening before that was an 8-plex assignment of contract that turned out to have all kinds of violations and busted pipes out back. I'm learning a lot, to say the least. (Not giving up on multi-family at all!)

Thanks for joining me in my little corner of BP. Look forward to exploring the forums.
