In my eyes I paid him about 50% of the "proposed work" but only about 30~40% of the work has been completed (mostly demo/frame in).

No outcome yet since we're cleaning it out and will have demo done by this weekend.

Demo the SF home, build or move a M/H and make the property our personal residence for me and my family...

No one wants to live in a construction zone, especially after 2 months of demo. 

Secondary home on site needs demoed (already have one quote), and a long laundry list of other projects.

Going into to it I knew I might have to Demo it. 

You and your title company may have to work to get them removed or settled.Governmental liens like other tax liens, city demo liens, city lawn mowing liens, IRS liens, treasury liens, federal terrorism liens, etc, don't get wiped out.

I recommend taking 10-15 minutes to watch a demo video of tenantcloud, it's very comprehensive and I'm a big fan

Otherwise it is just like analyzing any other development deal, only there is no demo.

I have a pretty good idea as to the order to build back after demo, what types of things can be worked on at the same time and a few things that obviously have to wait until the end.
