In our area, a property like this could either go in 2 days or sit on the market forever depending on location, comps, and local market. 

They receive somewhere in the realm of 1,000 complaints by consumers every year.

I have seen sites like CreditKarma or Credit Cards under-report and over-report consumers scores, so they are not the most accurate.

Maybe, maybe not, but I wouldn't count on it to last forever if you do.

The maintenance/cap ex, not being a function of the rent but a function of the unit and tenant, will consume a significant portion of rent.
