I came up with a little trick to fix the problem, and I've been selling the information as an e-book for a small fee.  

Take advantage of what Bigger Pockets has to offer such as: word alerts feature, forums, blogs, ebooks, podcasts, webinars, informative people in many fields of real estate, contacts, and more.

You can download an app that has it as a free e-book, if that helps!  

It also helps that you have complimentary skills.  

Forgot to mention - if you haven't already, download a copy of the accounting for landlords tutorial/e book Buildium allows you to download - I referred to that more times than I can remember during initial setup and as I've moved along over the years.  

My advice to you would be to take the next week or so to read the Beginners Guides eBooks, Become a Pro member if you haven't already done so, Watch the webinars, listen to the podcast.

I most definitely will be checking out the learn tab and yes I have the ebook for beginners.

I'm learning lots from the forums, podcasts, ebook, etc.
