One if you do not register your company as a foreign company you usually cannot file an answer in court if you are sued. 

That could be your PM company if you plan to hire one.

Hi Devin, yes my company does contracting work and we also work with the City of Birmingham on many projects..

Some of the larger companies will take them, but they often charge a fee.
