I don't see this passing the senate, that would be ridiculous, too many would sadly take advantage of this rather than the smaller proportion that it would actually benefit genuinely.

@Chet Thomas No issues with settlement, but you have to make sure to compact the dirt as you put it in as I mentioned in the post I linked to above.As for the dirt we added, it was just clean fill dirt.
