Communicate and set expectations.

She owned the property for about 12 years and although she didn’t believe in ghosts and communicated to me she never experienced anything she had guests who still would tell her they had seen the woman in the master bedroom where we had so many experiences with her.

Communication was not good so the entire process so I said no..

Mind you, I'm just looking to see what is possible as if there is someone living in the home, that would be a slimy move to take the property without communication.

This means that businesses must obtain explicit written consent to add customers to a subscription list and send them marketing or promotional communications.

As a broker, that shops many lenders I look for reputation, communication, and the assurance, that whatever I push in will close. 

I would call around to as many lenders as you can and just find one that you feel is the best fit and communicates well with you.

Any recommendations with communications  (both with guests and the their respective booking platforms) and handling current upcoming bookings? 

How about the live communications pre- and mid-stay?
