I am also in the final prelaunch stages of a new cleaning product line for the home that is green, safe and eco-friendly.With all of that said, this is how I currently generate cash flow, but would like to grow into REI so that I can (one day) focus on developing more products and platforms to aid others in their lives and spend time with family.

@Myles Cardenas I would try posting in Daytona beach forum or whatever forum BP has that's closest to there, and look for people in that area that are doing STR's.

He really excels at finding cost-effective band-aid solutions where others might have just torn out and replaced.

Every time a tenant moves they reassess their aid.

I can see where a seller may balk if its your first one.. not everyone is successful raising money .I guess the closest I have come in selling a few of my MHP's  but those were bay area buyers who paid cash :)  and owned 50 plus parks.. and we were talking a few million not twenty..
