I have atended both meetup groups , the one on West Sylvania by the library the first Tuesday of the month , and the one across from Toledo Clinic on Secor

We actually built the medical clinic right by that on Churn Creek Rd., and also a small 4 building office complex just across from the high school several years ago.

@Patricia Steiner yes I understand but like everything higher risk better return but I want to know how to attract clients like medical clinics dental clinics pharmacy where economic crises don’t affect them people still need cares

This is one of 3 medical clinics already in this town, so there is a possibility they will pull out after the 4 years. 

If you ever want to look in the Cleveland Ohio area... near Cleveland clinic.... much cheaper, no HOA... let me know

You can probably find some other retail to take it (walkin clinic, restaurant, etc).

Hi Richard, I have found value investing in Cleveland, OH because it is home to Cleveland Clinic, lot of good neighborhoods, landlord friendly laws, stable appreciation and good cash flowing properties.
