I saw recycled floor tile too,,,costs over 10 bucks a square foot when regular tile is at most 2-3.

Is remodeling allowed--replacing carpet with tile, new cupboards, ceiling repair, updating a bath, for instance?

I am not sure if it would make a good rental they have mess up cabinets, sign of rat infested, and i am pretty sure the green tile is a turn off when people come to look at it.

It has been painted, and I cleaned the floor grout, and many of the tiles.

One big vote for either ceramic tile or Novalis vinyl plank flooring.We put ceramic tile in most of our homes because it looks great, wears well and is so easy to clean.

If I can measure the size of my floors, I know how much it will cost to install hardwood, carpet, tile, or vinyl on those floors.
